Program Name: TalentOS Talent Messaging Program

Effective Date: February, 1, 2026

The TalentOS Talent Messaging Program (“Program”) is operated by TalentOS, LLC (“TalentOS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and provides SMS and MMS communications related to employment opportunities, recruiting updates, application status notifications, interview scheduling, onboarding steps, client service communications, and other talent engagement communications.

By opting in to receive text messages from TalentOS via a 10-digit number or an approved US short code, you agree to these Mobile Messaging Terms of Service.

Program Description

The TalentOS Talent Messaging Program delivers text messages to individuals who have opted in through one or more of the following methods:

  • Submitting an employment application
  • Completing a web form or portal
  • Providing consent via SMS keyword opt-in
  • Providing written consent through a client or partner workflow

Messages may include:

  • Job opportunity alerts
  • Interview reminders
  • Application status updates
  • Offer or onboarding notifications
  • Recruiting follow-ups
  • Client-related talent communications
  • Account or profile update notifications

Message frequency varies based on user interaction and recruiting activity. Some users may receive recurring messages.

Opt-Out Instructions

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to the short code or 10-digit number from which you received the message.

After you send the SMS message STOP to us, we will send you a confirmation message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from that program.

If you want to join again, you may opt in through the original sign-up process.

  • Understand that consent is not required as a condition of employment

TalentOS reserves the right to modify or terminate the Program at any time. We may update these Terms of Service, and continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
